CURRENT CAREER OPPORTUNITIES (Ages 18+)
Important Notice: Pay rate (hourly or flat rate) goes according to the assignment or contract that you choose. All positions are independent contracting, except for the Client Service Associate and Event Specialist roles, which offer both contracting and W-2 opportunities.
HCF is currently contracting for the following positions. All candidates must possess excellent customer service skills, reliable communication (smartphone with unlimited data required), and valid auto insurance/transportation.
EVENT SPECIALISTS (Nationwide)
- Duties: Cooking, serving, and engaging with customers.
- Qualifications: Excellent customer service is a must. No prior experience required. Sales experience and customer engagement are preferred but not required.
- Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to read, follow instructions, and perform some bending/lifting.
- Reliable smartphone with unlimited data and camera capabilities.
- Own transportation preferred, but not required.
- Attire: Black non-wrinkled slacks, white or black long-sleeve collared shirt/blouse, black slip- resistant shoes/sneakers, and a black belt.
Certification: Must complete a Food Handler Certification Exam online. (If you do not have a current card, please follow the instructions below to complete the online training. The cost is $15.00

FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
- Schedule: Routes available. Shifts range from 15 minutes to 12 hours.
- Duties: Inventory management, taking photos, and light stocking.
- Qualifications: No prior experience required. Excellent customer service skills.
- Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Computer savvy/literate.
- Reliable smartphone (Android or iPhone) with unlimited data.
- Completion of an in-person Portal Workshop.
- Direct Deposit required.
- Own transportation preferred, but not required.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE
-Duties: Audio recording, video recording, and photography. You will work independently in the field on assignments ranging from 15 minutes to overnight. Reports take 30 minutes to 3 hours to complete. This contractor role allows you to build your own schedule and is perfect for supplementing your income.
- Qualifications: No prior experience required. Must be computer savvy and proficient in editing and proofreading.
- Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Desktop, laptop, or tablet required
- Reliable smartphone (Android or iPhone) with unlimited data.
- Valid email address utilizing your legal name. (Email must match your active PayPal account).
- Active PayPal Account & Direct Deposit required.
- Must own transportation. (Driving assignments require proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance).
- Must pass an online customer service exam, complete an in-person Portal Training Workshop, and submit a signed/notarized affidavit.

CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE
- Schedule: 4 to 12-hour shifts; Days and Overnights available.
- Duties: Do you enjoy putting things together, working with your hands, and achieving your goals? We are recruiting individuals for various remodeling projects. You will work alongside a Team Lead performing remodeling and commercial work-related activities.
- Qualifications: No prior construction, grocery, or retail experience? No problem. We provide workshops and are willing to train the right individuals who want to learn and earn a lucrative income with flexibility.
- Requirements:
- Must pass a basic Blueprint Exam and complete G.R.I.T. Training.
- Background check and drug screening are required for W-2 assignments. (Note: Projects are contracting and taxable. Some contracting assignments do not require background/drug screening. Inquire within).

WORK FROM HOME (WFHA) - Client Experience Orchestrator
- Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. Requires high-speed internet, a successful personality assessment, background check, and completion of training. (Note: Chromebooks are not allowed. Registration is based on household composition and income).
