Current Career Opportunities (Ages 18+)
HCF is currently contracting for the following positions. All candidates must possess Excellent Customer Service skills, reliable communication (unlimited data required), and Valid Auto Insurance/Transportation.
Event Specialists: No Experienced Required. Requires a Food Handler Certification (completed online). HCF also provides Accredited Manager Food Handler Certification for those on the leadership track.
Field Service Representatives: Must be computer literate or savvy. Must own an android or iPhone with reliable communication and unlimited data. Completion of a portal Workshop. Portal Workshop (based on household composition/income). Must have your own transportation or reliable transportation.
Client Service Associates: Requires completion of a Portal Workshop (based on household composition/income). Specialization: The Client Service Associate role requires an online training module and a Blueprint Exam for final certification. Must have your own or reliable transportation, driver's license and proof of insurance. Some assignments require a background check.
Customer Service Associates:
Must complete a customer service certification online, must be proficient with editing and proof reading. Completion of a portal Workshop required. (Portal Workshop based on household composition and income).
Work From Home (WFHA): High-speed internet, successful Personality Assessment required, Background Check and completion of training. (Note: Chrome Books are not allowed).

**How to Apply & Vetting Process**
To protect the integrity of our proprietary training and GPS modules, HCF utilizes a strict vetting firewall:
1. For All Positions:
* Submit your Resume/CV to our audit team to begin the screening process. You must utilize an email with your legal first and last name.
2. For WFHA Positions: Email training@hcfgps.org for initial assessment instructions.
3. The Portal Workshop: All associates must complete a household/income-based workshop to ensure alignment with our stabilization mission.

DUTIES: Audio recording, video recording, picture taking. You will work by yourself on assignments in the field from 15 min to overnight. Reports can range from 30 minutes to 3 hours. Assignments allows you to build your own schedule and is typically a great way for those looking to supplement their income and who want to work a few hours a week or more. This is a contractor position.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Complete and pass a customer service exam online. Complete a Portal Training Workshop in person. For quality assurance you must be proficient with editing and proof reading, computer savvy or literate. A signed and notarized affidavit required. Workshops are executed in person only.
