Educating, motivating, navigating teens and young adults re-entering into the community, "Aged Out" of foster care to reach their highest level of independence has motivated myself, my coaches, my children, families and spouses of ex-offenders to develop cutting-edge strategy to maintain and keep self-sufficiency, work towards ending violence and creating a safer community through crime prevention, civic engagement, public health and education, safe and quality housing, community and economic development and public policy-but I can't do it alone. Parents with proper mindset, community support and updated resources are required to accomplish what will take years of organized effort.
