NOW TRAINING & HIRING (470) 336-2149
We mentor in the Department of Corrections prisons and Community Corrections facilities to assess participants’ risks and needs pre-release. We then develop a detailed transition plan with re-entry resources and support.
We provide individual and group mentoring to help our participants develop the philosophy and behaviors to succeed. This includes equipping the formerly incarcerated with the tools for long-term planning to stay free. This includes helping with resources for jobs, places to live, and mental and physical health. ex offenders
